James Neligan LIS-D Lismore guitarra western dreadnought
If the name 'James Neligan' is new to you in the world of acoustic guitars, DO NOT let that put you off trying one. This guitar has become my turn-to instrument and preferred to all others in a line up of 7 acoustic guitars - which include the names of Taylor, Tanglewood and Faith. Although the sides and back of this instrument are not solid, the top is. It must be the incredible lightness of weight which makes the Lismore-D such a pleasure to hold and gives a projection and sustain which is positively outstanding. You can actually 'feel the vibration' when you hit those strings. No need for amplifiers here. For a guitar in this price bracket, this is a totally non risk purchase. It would certainly keep professionals satisfied or provide a learner with an instrument they would never have to 'leave behind' as they progressed. It's beautifully made and finished in high gloss. The neck is satin, the tuners are 'Grover' and the nut and saddle are black Tusq. Strings are D'Addario Phosphor Bronze fully coated light gauge. All amazing features at this price point. Simply buy and enjoy.
