Tras el lanzamiento de la H7, Larry Carlton y Sire presentan ahora la H7V: una guitarra semiacústica repleta de estilo cargada con dos pastillas P90 Vintage Dog Ear para una sabrosa paleta de sonidos extrabrillantes y ricos en medios. Respaldadas por dos potenciómetros de volumen, dos potenciómetros de tono y un conmutador de pastillas de tres vías, estas pastillas fueron especialmente seleccionadas por el propio maestro guitarrista, mientras que la construcción totalmente de arce de este modelo de línea delgada ayuda a contrarrestar el ruido no deseado. Los bordes del diapasón de la H7V también se han redondeado cómodamente gracias al tratamiento Edgeless especialmente desarrollado, que facilita al máximo la interpretación, y Sire y Carlton han optado por afinadores autolubricantes sellados Premium, un fiable puente Tune-O-Matic y un ligero cordal de aluminio para solidificar la estabilidad de la afinación, completando así una fiel compañera de escenario y estudio.

Belles finitions (malgré des rayures à l'arrière du corps) mais guitare trop lourde pour moi et mal équilibrée en position assise (bascule sur l'arrière), j'ai donc renvoyé cette Sire H7V. Je tiens à féliciter Bax music pour le respect de sa politique de retour et sa réactivité pour le remboursement. Je passerai sans doute par Bax Music pour ma prochaine guitare.

Sire Larry Carlton H7V Cherry Sunburst Semi-Acoustic Guitar

Ik heb de H7V nu anderhalve week en nog steeds verbaas ik me over deze gitaar. Een bouwkwaliteit waar het Amerikaanse voorbeeld (G.....) niet aan kan tippen en dat uit zich direct in speelcomfort. Een goed voorbeeld is de neck: superstrak en kaars recht (meestal zit er in de Neck van big G..... gitaren wel ergens een vreemde hobbel) waardoor je ook veel meer mogelijkheden hebt om de actie naar je smaak af te stellen. De afgeronde randen van de hals zorgen voor nog eens meer comfort. Pickups zijn hele goede P90's naar mijn mening: genoeg warmte zonder het geluid dicht te smeren en een helder hoog zonder te scherp te klinken.
Enige puntje: mijn H7V is vrij zwaar... maar ja als je veel waar voor je geld wil dan krijg je veel waar voor je geld :-)
