The weight of the guitar is largely unaffected and the natural resonance of the body remains fully intact. The set-in neck is made of maple, as is the fretboard which has a comfortable standard U profile and 22 medium jumbo frets. Along with a master volume control, each pickup has a separate volume knob as well. With the 3-way pickup switch you can choose between humbuckers or have a combination of both.
