General
This Deluxe Telecaster Thinline by Fender not only has that classic Tele twang but the added dimension and character of the sound chamber set in a Satin Black gloss body. Adding extra punch to the sound, is the Vintage Noiseless pickups, controlled by a 4-way switch. By pushing it into the fourth position, the pickups are put in series for a humbucker-like sound with plenty of mid range. The Deluxe Telecaster Thinline is of course finished in style with gold hardware.
Vintage Noiseless pickups for a rich tone
The Vintage Noiseless pickups mounted on the Fender Deluxe Telecaster Thinline give a detailed and rich tone with great balance and heaps of definition. Six individual saddles at the bridge pull a greater depth and sustain from the strings and the 12 inch radius (and therefore flatter) fretboard keeps the action nice and low. This means faster solos and fat bends are almost effortless! The neck is made of maple for among other things, that familiar, clear sound.
Tough enough for rough stuff
The alder body has a tough high-gloss polyurethane lacquer finish and the C-profile neck also has a thin lacquer applied to it. A 4-ply pickguard not only completes the look of the Fender Deluxe Thinline Tele, it protects your instrument from wear and tear while you're playing. If you're looking for a Telecaster with a little bit extra, this seductive Satin Black model with luxury gold trimmings should be on your list!
