General

If you're after an electro-acoustic guitar that combines a classic look and sound with flexibility, Sigma's DTC-41E+ could be just what you're looking for. It's based on Martin's D-41 and much more affordable. It has a solid Sitka spruce top, tilia back and sides, and a beautiful white and mother-of-pearl binding. Mother-of-pearl can also be found around the sound hole and on the position markers on the micarta fretboard that sits atop the mahogany neck. The DTC-41E+ is equipped with a Fishman Presys+ preamplifer that does an excellent job of delivering the well-balanced acoustic sound to an amp. It features a built-in tuner and with controls for the volume, bass, middle, treble, notch, brilliance and phase at your disposal, you'll be able to get just the sound you want. The ultra-thin UV lacquer, renewed gold logo and gold Grover open-gear machine heads with Butterbean knobs complete the look.
