The Vintage V6PFCB from the Reissued series is an ST-style electric guitar with an alder body. For even more visual flair, it features a flamed maple veneer in a gorgeous Flamed Cherry Burst finish. Combined with the mother-of-pearl-style pickguard, the affordable V6P has a classy look that you'd only expect from much more expensive guitars. It's equipped with a traditional maple neck with a rosewood fretboard and a 25.5" scale length for an instantly familiar feel.

V6PFCB: versatile sound

The Vintage V6PFCB's greatest strength is its unique and versatile sound. Where most ST-style guitars have a number of single-coils or maybe a humbucker, the V6P features no fewer than three P90 pickups. Thanks to that intriguing setup, you can enjoy a warm sound with a powerful output, ideal if you feel the standard ST-style sound is too shrill, but aren't fond of LP-style guitars either. With the traditional vintage style Wilkinson WVC tremolo, you can further embellish your playing with tasteful vibrato effects.

The Vintage brand

Vintage's history can be roughly divided into two periods. In the early days, they made cheap copies that lived up to all the negative stereotypes about low-budget instruments. However, that changed drastically when Trevor Wilkinson, famed for his affordable yet high-quality guitar parts, attached his name to the Vintage brand. Not only did Vintage's hardware division receive a shot of quality, the wood selection and construction methods were also vastly improved. Since then, Vintage has become known for their excellent price-to-quality ratio, and they've certainly been holding their own among the ferocious competition in this price range.
