General

Squier present the Affinity Series Telecaster Deluxe: a premium yet affordable spin on the classic Tele loaded with a pair of fat-sounding ceramic humbuckers and standard-issue electronics consisting of a 3-way switch and volume-and-tone pots per pickup. This set-up opens up a huge range of rich double-coil sounds - some of which it shares with vintage '70s models - while the body comes finished not only with a belly cut but C-profile maple neck. In terms of hardware, Squier have opted for sealed split-shaft tuners and a fixed string-through body bridge with six saddles, ensuring more than dependable tuning stability.
