The set-through neck is made of quartersawn maple and has been reinforced with graphite. You're offered a lot of playing comfort thanks to the ebony fretboard which provides more attack and tone than a rosewood fretboard does. The compound radius along the entire length of the fretboard even further enhances comfort as your hands don't have to make rather impossible moves.
