The KVXT Satin Black features the legendary King V body shape. That fact alone makes this electric guitar a very special member of Jackson's X series. In addition to the stylish matte black finish, the XT also features a fixed TonePros bridge and a string-through-body construction. The maple neck with rosewood fretboard is connected to the body by means of a neck-through construction with two linden (basswood) wings, resulting in a fully balanced basic sound with a great amount of sustain.

The King V is fitted with two passive EMG HZ humbuckers - an H4-AN neck pickup with alnico magnet allows for classic, warm guitar sounds while the H4-B bridge pickup provides for modern, tight sounds. With the three-position pickup switch you can use the pickups in the matched pickup set separately or together. Thanks to the slim Speed Neck of the KVXT Satin Black you can play solos and rhythms easily and comfortably. Bending strings high up on the neck and playing chords at the lower positions are no problem at all, thanks to the famous Jackson compound radius.
