General
Guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani and Ibanez present the JS2410: a high-quality, Japanese-made electric guitar dripping with Satch-style. Since Joe loves a striking, American-muscle-car-like paintjob on his JS solid-bodied signature models, this one comes in Sky Blue and complete with a solid hard-shell case so you can keep the finish scratch-free. Plug in, and you're treated to the bright and dynamic tone shaped of two DiMarzio pickups. While it delivers the same kind of harmonics, the double-coiled Mo' Joe at the bridge packs more punch than the classic FRED, and combines with the Satch Track humbucker at the neck, which has been skilfully stuffed in a single-coil housing and brings that tight, vocal-like tone.
The JS2410: Hi-Pass Filter, Coil-Split & Maximum Playing Comfort
Just below the volume pot, sits a hi-pass filter that can be tweaked to give any high frequencies in your leads free passage to your amp. Also, both pickups can be coil-split using the push-pull tone pot putting, next to the 3 humbucker sounds toggled via the 3-way switch, another three single-coil sounds at your disposal. Meanwhile, maximum playability is provided by carefully-finished frets and an extra-slim neck joint, and the JS2410 has even been specifically designed to offer eased access the high E-string at the 24th fret, giving you everything you need to comfortably sling mean licks and Satch-inspired solos.
