The Ibanez S67ALB from the Axion Label is a serious force to be reckoned with. Packed with a trio of Fishman Fluence Modern pickups, this shreddin' machine offers a surprisingly broad tonal palette that can be explored using the 5-way pickup switch and push/pull voice switch. Ibanez have used only high-grade components in the construction of this electric guitar as exemplified by the Gotoh locking tuners, Schaller straplocks and luminescent side dots.
The Axion Label S671ALB: Next-Level Playing Comfort
"What's a versatile sound without a high level of playing comfort?", Ibanez must've thought before fitting the S671ALB with their ultra-thin Nitro Wizard neck. Built with five pieces of panga panga and walnut, the neck ensures stable tuning and features 24 jumbo frets on a flat, ebony fretboard. Moreover, both the neck and fretboard have been given a Sub Zero treatment to prevent wear and tear and complete the durable design of this sleek and brilliantly sinister electric guitar.

Ze speelt goed, heeft een snelle nek, en is vederlicht doordat ze enorm dun is. De Fishman Fluence pickups klinken mooi en vol en zijn veelzijdig inzetbaar.
Ik heb na ontvangst de action wat lager gezet want deze was standaard vrij hoog, en heb de nek een klein beetje moeten bijstellen. Vermoedelijk was deze bij transport wat bewogen, maar dit is zeer snel bij te stellen door de schroeven aan de achterzijde los te maken en de nek terug recht te zetten.

bij de eerste, hals schuin gemonteerd (ofwel bridge iets teveel naar rechts) plus schurende frets die de vingers letterlijk kwetsen !
bij de tweede, hals (of bridge) wel op zijn/hun plaats maar nog altijd schurende frets waarvan de uiteinden niet gepolijst zijn ! De originele Ibanez doos was serieus ingedeukt zonder zichtbaar schade aan het instrument. Die komt ook zonder hoesje of case.
Ik weet niet wat ze uitsteken in indonesische fabriek, maar dat ben ik niet gewoon bij Ibanez, vooral op een instrument van dit prijs !
Je krijgt Schaller straplocks, Gotoh locking tuners en Fishman Fluence pickups maar geen deftige afwerking ! Ongehoord !
By the way, het staat hier dat het normaal 1299,00 € kost en de prijs teruggeschroefd is naar 1098,00 € maar op de officiele Hoshino Europe site is de geadviseerde verkoopprijs 1099,00 € ! Toch 1,00 € (één euro) korting ! Woaw !
Ik hoop op een oplossing voor dit probleem want na anderhalf maand geleden aankoop heb ik er nog niet van kunnen profiteren !
