Part of the Inspired By Gibson Collection, this electric, solid-body, single-cut guitar echoes the features of the original sixties models and takes a few cues from the more current Gibson Original Series. The Epiphone Les Paul Standard '60s lays down an authentically warm foundation sound thanks to the solid mahogany body, while the vaulted AA-quality flamed maple top and laurel fretboard complete the tasty vintage look. To add a little extra bite to this somewhat traditional base, a pair of ProBucker humbuckers have been mounted, where the second-edition ProBucker at the neck spits lightly thickened, PAF-style output and power, and the extra-brutal third-edition ProBucker at the bridge supports leads and riffs with fat definition.
