To take the reverb section of modular systems right to the edge of the cliff, and then toss it off, Jamie Stillman of EarthQuaker Devices has joined forces with sonic-electronics-engineer, Jon Sonnenberg to produce a Eurorack module edition of the Afterneath. Just like the stompbox-housed Enhanced Otherworldly Reverberator edition, this reverb monster is far from standard. This module generates an alien reverb signal that can be mixed with the dry signal while the four parameters each have a CV-adjustable 'attenuverter' for processing the incoming CV. By manipulating the 9 modes, otherworldly and seemingly unending landscapes can be shaped, imbuing your sound with magic EQD reverb. This limited Retrospective Custom edition comes finished with a unique colour scheme and has been released alongside the 45 minute long Afterneath Retrospective by EQD, which can be found on YouTube.
