American DJ’s Zipper is an LED scanner light effect that features four barrel mirrors. Its light source is made up of four 8-watt LEDs in four fixed colours: red, green, blue and white. With its cylindrical mirrors this light effect creates colourful beams of light that twirl, spin and sway through the room. It is a very dynamic light effect that is perfect for mobile DJs and other entertainers, as well as for pubs and bowling alleys, for instance.

Controlling the Zipper

The Zipper has three operational modes. There’s a DMX mode that allows you to choose from 1, 3 or 11 channels and a music-controlled mode via the built-in microphone - the practical choice for those who don’t want to spend time programming or laying DMX cables. The third operational mode of the Zipper is also very convenient as it allows you to run one of sixteen fully automated programs. Thanks to its mounting bracket and safety eyelet, you can fly the Zipper securely from a truss construction.
