With the Super Orion, JB Systems have released an improved version of the existing Orion. The main difference between the two can be found in the used lamps. Whereas the Orion needed to make do with pixel LEDs, the Super Orion is equipped with 36 1W LEDs. These are configured in different colours - 8x red, 8x green, 8x blue and 12x white. This way, the armature can produce a lot of colour in a wonderful fan-shaped pattern. Moreover, multiple armatures can be daisy chained to one another for master/slave use.

JB Systems' Super Orion: easy to use

Like many a professional light effect, the Super Orion can be operated in a variety of ways. It can be operated via DMX over 1 or 3 DMX channels. You can also operated the armature via the separately available CA-8 remote control. Lastly, a microphone has been installed to allow for music-controlled operations. In DMX mode, as well as in music-controlled mode, multiple armatures can be daisy chained.
