The old-fashioned derby was, and still is, a popular light effect for many light jockeys. Rays of light in all the colours of the rainbow filled the room to get the party started. This old-school effect has been updated by JB Systems with the Party Derby having the latest LED technology and strobe effects that are all controllable using DMX. Let's get the party started!

Classic and new

By fitting the Party Derby with LEDs, JB Systems has solved two of the disadvantages of the old derby which used up a lot of power and created a lot of heat. An old derby often required 600 watts of power or more! The Party Derby needs only a fraction of that. Even at full power it won't use more than 28 watts (!) which is hardly anything at all. You can also daisy-chain the Party Derby easily using the IEC in/out connections making it suitable for a variety of locations.

IR-Remote

The Party Derby from JB Systems comes with an infra-red remote control that allows you to control every aspect at the press of a button. You can quickly switch between programs, colours and functions to always create the right atmosphere in your establishment. It's the perfect light effect for every café, community centre or party tent.
