The Yamaha APX500II (natural) is a natural-coloured electro-acoustic western guitar from the successful 500 series. This 500II model has an improved pickup on board and looks more attractive than ever, with a spruce top, sides and back of nato, and an inviting, warm sound. The more compact APX body balances out the guitar with a slightly brighter sound, so you can create music with dimension.

The APX500II offers the serious guitar player more than just a balanced acoustic sound. This steel-string also features some excellent features for live performers. As mentioned, this model has an improved pickup that delivers a powerful and dynamic sound to the preamplifier. The preamp itself has a 3-band tone control so you can adjust the sound to suit your music. The AMF mid-frequency control helps to reduce acoustic feedback.

The APX500 II is an attractive instrument with a natural finish that really brings out the beauty of the spruce. An elegant sound hole with an intricate 3D rosette is also featured on the APX500 II, with the addition of handsome bindings along the sides. A handy built-in tuner with display helps you get your guitar sounding just right in the blink of an eye.
