Reloop Beatmix 2

General

Reloop's Beatmix 2 is a real performance-oriented DJ controller without any unnecessary bells and whistles. It is equipped with plenty of practical features, however. Thanks to the use of an integrated sound card, the controller is fully plug-and-play ready. All you need to deliver the performance of a lifetime is a laptop. The well-organised layout of the Beatmix 2 makes the controller ideal for use in dark clubs and on ill-lit stages.

Reloop Beatmix 2: an overview

The Beatmix 2 is equipped with a 2-channel mixer that gives you control over the software mixer. All the controllers on both channels can be found in the Serato DJ software. The Beatmix 2 features two jog wheels that enable you to effortlessly search for the perfect cue point. As modern DJs often use samples and effects, the controller is fitted with an elaborate sample pad section as well. Each channel is equipped with 8 sample pads that allow you to trigger samples, cue points and effects. The effects section in Serato DJ can be fully controlled by means of the dedicated controllers on the top panel of the Beatmix 2.

Internal sound card

The Beatmix 4 is equipped with an internal sound card, making it fully plug-and-play ready. The sound card converts each sound you produce in Serato DJ Intro to an analogue signal. Various outputs are at your disposal: two headphone connectors and a stereo RCA output. The Beatmix also features a microphone input, which enables you to create your own vocal samples!
