With the Prodipe Pro 8 V2 set, you treat yourself to two attractively priced active studio monitors that produce a powerful, rich sound full of detail. The Pro 8 is equipped with a fully aluminium 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch dome tweeter made of silk. Together, woofer and tweeter generate a high output with a neutral, linear response. On the back of the Prodipe Pro 8 V2 monitors you'll find three different types of connectors, so you can easily integrate them into any studio setup.
The Pro 8 V2: inputs and housing
If your audio source features a balanced output, we recommend that you connect it to the monitors' XLR or 6.35mm TRS jack inputs. To accommodate peripherals with an unbalanced output, however, the Prodipe Pro 8 V2s are also fitted with an RCA input each. The monitors have a housing made of MDF for consistent sound quality, and feature a front-mounted bass reflex port, allowing you to position them close to a wall or in a corner without creating standing waves.
