Despite the modest price tag, Fender didn't skimp on materials, such as the laminated mahogany body, which ensures that this Piha'ea ukulele has a warm sound with an excellent tone transference. The nato neck features a rosewood fretboard with white position markers and the bridge saddle is made of high-quality synthetic bone. Fender fitted this ukulele with D'Addario Nylatech strings, which - according to many - are the best ukulele strings currently available.
