Back by popular demand, it's the Fender Graham Coxon 2013 Telecaster. For those of you who haven't heard of him, Coxon made quite a name for himself as the guitarist of Blur and one of Britain's most praised and decorated modern guitarists. During his successful career with Blur, the Telecaster was usually Coxon's first pick. Reason for Fender to honour him with a signature model. This guitar was modelled after Graham's modified blonde Tele from 1968.

Characteristics of the Graham Coxon Telecaster

This is the affordable Mexican edition of the Graham Coxon vintage Tele. It shares much of the original's features, including an ash body with a slightly transparent Blonde lacquer. Distinctive features of this guitar include a PAF-style humbucker in the neck position, a sixties-style tortoise pickguard and a striking '70s-style Fender logo on its headstock. The slender neck features a rosewood fretboard with a modern 9.5-inch radius and 21 medium jumbo frets. On the back of the headstock you'll find Coxon's signature.

Exceptional electronics

This remarkable Tele is equipped with a Seymour Duncan neck pickup that produces a fuller, rounder tone than a standard Tele neck pickup, making it perfectly suited for those characteristically big bluesy sounds and is thus an excellent addition to the fierce bite of the single-coil bridge pickup. The volume and tone controls of the Graham Coxon Telecaster consist of 375k potentiometers in order to drain a somewhat clearer tone from both pickups.
