Fender and Fishman have joined forces and created this TriplePlay Stratocaster HSS Black RW. This black Strat can be played conventionally, but it is also equipped with an advanced wireless MIDI controller. In addition to a humbucker and two single coils, it has a Hex pickup near the bridge that translates your playing into a MIDI signal, string by string. This guitar also features a USB audio interface that allows you to connect this Fender to music software for maximum sound quality and digital integration in no time at all. Fishman TriplePlay system

Fishman supplied the crowning jewels with their Hex pickup, the TriplePlay D-pad controller and the MIDI volume control that let you control the entire MIDI output. The wireless transmitter is mounted into the back of the body and sends the signal to a wireless USB receiver that you can plug into your computer or laptop. Whenever you're not using this transceiver, it can be neatly stored in a recess in the guitar. A USB drive with the required software is also included to integrate your Fender to a digital studio environment. These digital possibilities make it a lot easier to play, record and edit tracks. Properties of the guitar

Apart from all of the high-tech features, this Fender Fishman TriplePlay Strat is still a great traditional instrument with an alder body, a maple neck and a rosewood fretboard. The fretboard contains 22 medium jumbo frets and white position markers. The guitar has an extra large, '70s-style headstock. Its vintage-style tremolo bridge ensures stability and allows for extra expression. The Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbucker in the bridge position provides massive punch and the two Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups deliver clarity and the distinctive Strat sound without noise.
