The (Seminole Red) Fender American Vintage '63 Precision Bass is a fully convincing top-quality reproduction of a 1963 P-Bass. This particular model features a beautiful red finish. Besides, this was the first Precision Bass with a comfortable, round-laminated rosewood fretboard. Round laminated means that the fretboard is made of a thin layer of wood that is bent on the thick C-profile maple neck.

The high-quality body of the American Vintage '63 Precision Bass is made of alder and fitted with a mint-green pickguard. Additionally, you can depend on the authentic '60s sound of the American Vintage '63 split single-coil pickup. Like the bridge, the pickup has an attractive chromed cover. Together with the little block under the strings, it provides for an excellent finger/hand rest.
