ESP LTD Alexi-600 Greeny

LTD created the Alexi-600 Greeny for fans of pointy metal guitars and of Alexi Laiho in particular. An affordable version of the ESP Alexi Greeny. What is remarkable about this version, however, is that Alexi signed the back plate himself. There are only eighteen of these limited edition LTD Alexi-600 Greenies in Europe and Bax-shop has managed to get hold of two of them. The Alexi Laiho signature is notable for its asymmetrical V-shaped body, single EMG humbucker, extremely stable Floyd Rose tremolo bridge and beautiful sawtooth inlay in the fretboard.

LTD Alexi-600 Greeny: professional features

Like its more expensive brother, this LTD version of the Alexi Greeny is a meany. It is made of solid alder with a maple neck that is set through the body for a wonderfully full, mid-rich tone with lengthier sustain as well as a nice bite. The instrument has a high-gloss black finish, adorned with lime-green pin stripes and skull. The back of the neck has no lacquer on it for extra playing comfort. The fretboard is made of ebony and features 24 extra-jumbo frets as well as green sawtooth inlays. Naturally, the letters COBHC are on the back, reminding us of Alexi's metal band Children Of Bodom (Hate Crew).
