This device provides the classic mirror ball effect, only inside out! American DJ have equipped their older lighting effects with their famous Tri-LED modes. Of course, the Sunray couldn't stay behind. It has been renovated and renamed: this is the new Spherion. This lighting effect produces the same effect as a mirror ball with a pin spot, yet its beams are a bit fuller and you can switch colours. You have full control of the lighting effect thanks to the added DMX-control. You can create more creative chases by adjusting the rotation speed, rotation direction, dimmer, stroboscope and the colour. Your show will be much more versatile.

Power and colour of the lighting effect
The Spherion has five Tri-LED modes. These modes consist of three (red, green and blue) diodes that are placed next to each other to make colour blending without shadows smooth and easy. Furthermore, because there are five modes, the light yield has been increased (multiplied by five). This gives a great effect with clear, sharp beams, especially in combination with smoke.

Use of the Spherion
The Spherion can be placed upright and upside down, which increases your options when it comes to placement. It has rubber feet as well as a mounting bracket to which you can attach a set of half couplers or G-hooks. Subsequently, you can place the Spherion in your truss construction. The 116 lenses of the Spherion provide an amazing effect. The lenses have a beam angle of 360 at 270 degrees and can shed light on almost anything! The optics provide sharp beams, even when they have to cover a longer distance.

hadden er zelf eentje gekocht omdat een gekleurde versie immers toffer en anders is dan de witte versie (rotatiesnelheid en richting wijzigen immers), maar ik was teleurgesteld van de optiek; de kleurmenging is niet optimaal, wil je je geel, dan zie je duidelijk een groene en rode stip en geen eenduidige gele straal;
teruggedaan en de witte versie aangeschaft waar de optiek van betere kwaliteit is (American DJ Spherion Wit LED lichteffect)
