Whether you use the Alesis PerformancePad Pro as a stand-alone device, or to add some flavour to your drum or percussion setup, this eight-pad multi-percussion drum machine offers you more than 500 fantastic sounds. It is also equipped with a three-part sequencer that enables you to play live and to create loops and sequences, allowing you to add texture to the sound of your band.

Thanks to eight velocity-sensitive drum pads and kick and hi-hat inputs, the PerformancePad Pro is a true all-in-one device. It is even equipped with inputs for kick and hi-hat triggers, and features more than 500 multi-sampled Dynamic Articulation sounds.

The PerformancePad Pro is equipped with the same sequencing engine as Alesis' most popular drum machines. This three-part sequencer enables you to program drum and percussion parts, as well as backing parts for complete tracks or loops.

The PerformancePad Pro offers a modern, high-definition sound set with acoustic and electronic drums, percussion, sound effects, bass and more, as well as powerful Alesis studio effects, including reverb, EQ and compression, which enable you to adjust your sound to perfection.

You can also use the PerformancePad Pro as a MIDI controller in combination with nearly any sound module, synth or DAW, or connect a sound source to its input for mixing purposes.

Escribió lo siguiente sobre Alesis PerformancePad Pro

Ik was al een tijdje op zoek naar een electronisch drumstel maar aangezien ruimte hiervoor een probleem was ben ik op zoek gegaan naar electronische drumpads. Van huis uit speel ik gitaar maar soms heb ik wel eens zin om me op een andere manier uit te leven!

Op de site ben ik op zoek gegaan naar drumpads en heb er uiteindelijk drie gevonden die me aanspraken. Aangezien ik verder niet zo thuis ben in de mogelijkheden en de specs heb ik Bax via mail benaderd om advies en ook uitgelegd dat het niet mijn bedoeling was om drummer te worden maar gewoon om me lekker af te reageren. Kreeg snel een antwoord terug met het advies om voor de Alesis PerformancePad Pro te kiezen. Deze drumpad had de meeste mogelijkheden om drums/percussie en bas uit te kiezen plus de mogelijkheden uit vele ritmebegeleidingen. Daarbij wordt er tevens een heel boekwerk meegeleverd over de vele aansluit-/opname mogelijkheden echt teveel om op te noemen (en waarschijnlijk ook de tê vele mogelijkheden die ik ga benutten!!!) Aardige bijkomstigheid was dat dit tevens ook de goedkoopste van de drie pads was die ik had uitgekozen!!! Dit was voor mij tevens het bewijs dat Bax luisterd naar de wensen van de klant en ook advies geeft aan de hand van deze wensen en niet alleen naar eigen gewin kijkt want ze hadden me kunnen adviseren om de duurdere te kopen!!! Dit vind ik dus echt top en voor mij zeker een reden om de volgende keer weer bij Bax te kijken.
