GHS Thin Core Phosphor Bronze Medium 013 - 056 cuerdas de guitarra western
Arthritis has made me rethink the gauge of string I play. Previously, I had used 13-56g on most of my guitars, but over the past 12 months I’ve experimented with various 12-54g strings. Sadly, I found them lacking, especially when dropping to DADGAD.
In standard tuning these strings are very easy to play, and last for ages. They sound full, rich and balanced on both my HD28 and Brook Tavy ( medium jumbo). Likewise, because of the gauges GHS have chosen (13-17-21-32-41-56) they also sound great in DADGAD.
