After their success with the BCD series, Behringer announced the arrival of their CMD controllers, and they have continued to develop them. With that development came the success of the CMD Studio 4A, which inspired a smaller version that's been popular with a lot of beginner DJs - the CMD studio 2A! This compact console covers all the essentials a DJ needs, including jog wheels, cross and volume faders, buttons for starting and stopping tracks, and all kinds of controls for triggering different software functions.

Features of the CMD Studio 2A

The CMD Studio 2A is an attractive DJ console suited for beginner DJs looking for a compact mobile controller. It's equipped with a built-in 4-channel audio interface, which is a big advantage because you don't need a separate audio interface; you can just plug your speakers and headphones directly into the mixer. Thanks to the classic two-deck layout that you'll recognize from many other DJ sets, this is an ideal console in its price class. Moreover, perfect integration with the included software ensures user-friendliness and offers creative elements for making a unique mix.

Additional features

Because it's USB-powered, you don't need any other power adapters with the CMD Studio 2A - just connect it to your laptop and you’re good to go. In order to get you started right away, it also comes with a version of Deckadance 2 LE, which you can use for controlling the CMD Studio 2A. Finally, the mixer itself features jog wheels, faders and buttons that will give you perfect control over the DJ software.
