Pushing the boundaries of physics, Phil Jones Bass drop the BG-75 Double Four: an ultra-compact combo featuring a newly designed driver, innovative digital amp-technology and a fat range of classic PJB-grade sounds. The housing harbours two custom, carefully-calibrated 4-inch Neo Power speakers that can not only handle the extreme signals coming from a plugged-in bass, but boast a built-in PWM amplifier with pulse width modulation. As a result the PJB Double Four is more efficient in terms of power consumption and performance than traditional solid-state amplifiers, making it an extremely reliable practice amp.

The BG-75 Double Four: A Smart Design

It's clear that PJB have spent a lot of effort into ironing out the details in the design of the BG-75 Double 4. Helping to make the most of the compact build, the Rectangular Auxiliary Low Frequency Radiators (RALFR®) found around the back of both speakers boost the 30 to 150 Hertz frequencies, while the internal reinforcements and acoustic damping materials used to flesh out the interior guarantee a bass sound that's easy to tweak, maintains tonal tightness, and never gets muddy.
