The Mapex Black Panther Blade snare drum is the little brother of the Machete snare and delivers the same cutting performance, but with a slightly brighter sound. This beautiful snare, with a brushed black finish and matching hardware, is 14 x 5.5 inches in size, and it has a 1mm thick steel shell that gives it its great volume and sensitive response, aided by the 45-degree bearing edges. It has a great dynamic range, but when you want it to, it will cut through any wall of screaming guitars, no problem!
