Wow!

Just wanted to update my previous review as I had a small issue with the drums head provided with the snare having a slight stain. Bax customer service have since gone above and beyond and completely resolved the issue for me by sending me out a brand new drum head (of my choice) for free. I am delighted with both this gum wood snare, it sounds amazing, and also with Bax. Small issues will happen now and again, it's how you deal with them , and Bax get 5 stars for their service from me! Thank you once again.

I've never heard a drum sing like this drum sings, especially at low tuning, I'm absolutely delighted with the drum itself. I was rather annoyed when I opened the packaging though, as my brand new drum had a small brown stain near the middle of the drum head that came on it. This really boiled my blood for a couple hours as a pristine drum should arrive in pristine condition. I did get over the initial disappointment though once I tuned her up and played her. Wow, this drum is amazing, you will not be disappointed with how it sounds, it has a sweet sweet resonance, straight from mother Earth! A new Evans UV1 head wouldn't go a miss as a replacement for the stained Evans G1 that came with it though Bax.....?
