This Phantom 30 LED Beam moving head is part of Showtec's Phantom series. Despite its compact size, this moving head is surprisingly powerful. It features a large 8-degree lens that produces wide light beams and 13 special gobos for other cool light-ray effects. With a colour wheel with 7 different colours plus white at your disposal, you can really let your imagination run wild when creating your next light show!

Controlling the Phantom 30

This moving head by Showtec is fitted with a display on which you can adjust the various settings. Besides a fully-automated function, it also operates in a Master/Slave mode. Naturally, you can make the most of the Phantom 30 if you control it via DMX. That way, you can utilise the 540-degree pan and 270-degree tilt, both of which offer some truly dynamic lighting effects.

Fixture construction

The Phantom 30 features a PowerCon power connector as well as a thru connector for daisy-chaining multiple units. For the same purpose, the DMX also has both an input and an output. Part of this moving head is made of metal, while the other part is made of fire-retardant plastic in matte black to prevent any unwanted light reflections. Last but not least, you can easily and safely suspend the Phantom 30 in your truss by using the mounting system on the bottom.
