The Infinity iS-200 is the iS-100's big brother. This lamp is equipped with a 200W light source that produces 78,100 lux. The light beam travels through 2 gobo wheels and 2 colour wheels. Just like the iS-100, the iS-200 has a 3-faceted prism that creates gorgeous fan effects. A frost filter has also been added. All in all, this professional moving head is a real work horse.
Infinity iS-200: a real bruiser!
With a 200W LED lamp you won't have to worry about the light output of this moving head. The light travels through two gobo wheels: the first contains 7 rotating gobos (2 of which are made of glass), the second contains 8 gobos. The gobos in the first wheel can turn left as well as right. Two colour wheels contain 7 dichroic colours and white. The motions of this lamp are coordinated on a 16-bit frequency. In order to allow for precise movements, the pan and tilt range can be decreased.
Operating the iS-200
As we might expect of a modern moving head, this lamp is equipped with multiple modes: a DMX mode, music-controlled mode (master/slave) and a stand-alone mode (in which the iS-200 runs through a number of pre-programmed chases) are provided. The presence of a multicolour display ensures that setting this moving head up is a quick and easy thing to do.
