Yamaha makes a number of mouthpieces for your saxophone, each and every one with the great quality you know and expect from Yamaha. For tenor saxophone, there are five mouthpieces available from the Standard series: 3C, 4C, 5C, 6C and 7C. The MP TS 4C mouthpiece is suited for beginners and professionals and has a good, balanced sound over the entire range.

The Standard series

Saxophone mouthpieces from the Standard series are fashioned from phenolic material. When it comes to specifications and playing characteristics, this mouthpiece is consistent and offers you good quality and musicality. Because of the shorter facing length, mouthpieces from the Standard series are easier for beginners to play, while still offering high quality.
