The Yamaha DTX Hybrid Extension Pack turns any acoustic drum set into a hybrid kit! This set includes a 3-zone snare pad that plays exactly like a standard snare, which means you can also play rim shots and clicks. It also includes two mono pads for use with your tom, or on other percussion instruments, for instance. It also comes with two triggers that you can place on any acoustic drum head. All this is driven by the DTX502 module.

DTX502 Module: Plenty of Options

This DTX502 drum module is the standard for all Yamaha DTX500 electronic kits. It boasts 691 drum sounds and 128 keyboard sounds that are divided into groups of acoustic and electronic drum samples. You can also load in your own sounds to customise your kit. There is also a digital effects processor and a USB port on board so you can easily connect it to a computer.

Accessories Included

This set comes complete with holders so you can integrate it directly into your kit. The module is attached by means of a multi-clamp and the mono pads are attached with a tom holder and a multi-clamp as well. The snare pad can be used with a regular snare stand. All pads come with cables, but the triggers require jack cables (sold separately).
