General
The Fazley DDK-100 PRO is a ten-piece electronic drum kit including a hi-hat, two crashes and a ride. Next to this, you get a snare pad, four tom pads and a kick drum pad and a broader expansion on the standard DDK-100 model and makes for a great intermediate or beginner kit for learning and nailing those beats without bothering anyone. The mesh-head snare and toms make sure that your sticks have a natural, rebounding feel as you hit them while keep the noise-levels to a minimum. Besides the full kit, the DDK-100 PRO comes with a set of sticks so all you need to add is a stool and a set of headphones to get started.
Module Overview
It's immediately obvious that Fazley have focused on producing an incredibly user-friendly unit during the development of the DDK-100 module. Each and every button on the control panel has a clear function and no overcomplicated menus need to be navigated and scrolled through forever to find what you're looking for. Packed with 25 kits and 10 empty banks for user kits, you have the freedom to configure, tweak and save your preferred setup and choose from tens of acoustic, electronic drum and percussion samples. The snare, tom pads and cymbals are fitted with adjustable pressure sensitive dual-zone pads so that two samples can be assigned to one pad and triggered depending where you hit.
Module Connections
Since electronic kits have no built-in speakers, you'll find both a headphone port with volume control for silent practice and a stereo line-ouput to connect an amplifier. to play along with your favourite tracks, simply connect your phone or MP3 player using the aux input and tweak the input volume with the provided knob. Besides this, the DDK-100 PRO module is fitted ith a MIDI in and out as well as a USB-MIDI port.
Simple to Assemble
Assembling this electronic kit is not only simple but almost self-explanatory. A clear construction manual is included and most of the rack arrives pre-assembled with the cabling considerately neatened and bound with cable ties. The PRO version also has ports to expand the kit further by adding an extra cymbal or tom pad.

Niets in de handleiding van DDK 100 geeft hierover uitleg. Alleen de opmerking dát een extra DK-002 kan worden aangesloten. *zucht* De Pro-versie heeft deze extra tom en bekken al. Toch stiekem andere firmware in de module?

It's a complete 8-piece electronic drum kit that consists of a snare, three toms, a bass, a hi-hat and two cymbals. The module that's included too is easy to use and has sounds from 25 different drum kits on board. It even has extra inputs so that you can add an additional tom pad or cymbal pad if you like. Alternatively, you can choose the DDK-100 Mesh PRO kit that already has the extra pads included.
