Squier drop the Affinity Series Jaguar Bass H: a solid-bodied electric bass guitar with a medium scale length and a single humbucker planted in the mid position for beefy bass lines. Perfect for bassists who prefer the comfort and easy reach of a shorter scale length, this Fender-inspired bass has the trusty feel of a C-profile neck combined with a 9.5 inch fretboard radius and the lower string-tension of that 32 inch scale length. The result is extra-deep sound with an added touch of 'bloom' alongside extra-light playability. The low-weight body is just as comfy, but the most surprising thing about this modernised Jaguar Bass has to be the single pickup: a ceramic humbucker that's been specifically developed to deliver fully robust and seriously tight tone to your amp.
