Following up the much applauded Artist-Series, VOX presents the more budget-friendly Starstream 1H bass guitar. This comfortably lightweight four-string has a tighter 30 inch scale length to improve the reach and up the speed. The body has also been perfectly balanced, while the single humbucker sitting in the middle position spits a satisfyingly deep punch and has been teamed up with a push-pull volume pot that switches the pup between series to parallel mode, opening up a hefty bucket of variable tone. This ultra-comfy bass will definitely satisfy modern bassists, and since it's so easy to work with, it could even form a great starting point for any ambitious beginners.
