In sleek and ultra-modern form of the FMB5718NT, Fazley offer up a 5-string bass complete with a solid ash body. The density of the ash ensures that the extra-low B-string is given presence and clarity, leaving a pure and un-muddied sound. Combine that with the body shape and natural lacquer and you have a subtle, stage-ready finish.
The FMB5718NT 5-String Bass
This five-string bass has a 34-inch scale length, raising the playing comfort, and balancing the tension and feel across all five strings. The neck has been given a snug C-profile, while the head has been carefully designed to guide the strings directly through the nut, removing the need for any string trees, and firming up the tuning stability and leaving the vibrational transference in tact.

En aangezien ik fretloos speel, heb ik de basgitaar fretloos gemaakt en er
GHS M3050-5 Bass Precision Flats snaren op gezet.
Deze basgitaar is het geld meer dan waard voor het doel waarvoor ik haar gebruik.
Van zelfsprekend is het geheel minder dan mijn 1e basgitaar die ook veel meer waard is, maar ik hoef geen zelfde gitaar als reserve gitaar.
Speciaal voor beginnende basgitaristen die 5 snarig willen spelen raad ik deze basgitaar tenzeerste aan.
Ook voor bassisten die van 4 op 5 snarig willen proberen over te stappen is deze basgitaar een aanrader, want voor die prijs kan je er beslist geen bult aan vallen.
Gewoon doen dus.
