General
Aguilar's DB 212 is the bigger brother of the popular DB 112. Not only is it equipped with an extra speaker, it also has a bigger housing and can handle twice as much power (600 watts!), making it the perfect cabinet for use on stage. The full sound of the two 12-inch Eminence speakers is beautifully complemented by the 13-ply Baltic birch housing, which is specially tuned to produce a punchy mid range.
Aguilar DB 212: the ins and outs
Thanks to its two bass reflex ports on the back, the DB 212 gets a deep bass response to match its hefty mid-range punch. To ensure there's extra sparkle and bite, this cabinet features a tweeter that's equipped with a special crossover and an adjustable tweeter volume. You can connect your (Aguilar) bass amp head via the high-quality Neutrik SpeakOn input or 6.3mm jack. Additionally, there's a second jack connector for another cabinet such as Aguilar's DB 115, for instance.
