This special edition pair of Shure SE535 in-ear monitors come in sleek transparent red shells fitted with a contrasting grey cable. Just as with the standard set of SE535s, it's loaded with three micro-drivers per side for unbelievably detailed audio that's a little less analytical and a little more focused on lovers of heavy-bass. What has remained is the intelligent modular construction where every component can be removed. So, if the cable gets snagged or one of the drivers finally gives up the ghost after years of devoted service, it's easily replaced.

Ik heb ongeveer 6jaar geleden de se215 gekocht. Zelfs bij die dopjes viel me de neutrale weergave van de muziek op. Later ook de se535ltd gehaald. Wat een mooi geluid! Zuiver en neutraal. Geen dopjes die zelf dingen toevoegen. Deze zijn erg goed.

Het klankbeeld van de 535LTD is vrij neutraal. De weergave is zeer goed, mits gebruik van goed afsluitende doppen.

Ik had de voorloper 535LTD-EU, waarvan een behuizing uiteenviel na 3 jaar. Dit kon Shure niet meer vervangen of repareren wegens... niet meer ondersteund. Ze stelden voor een nieuwe set 535LTD-EFS te leveren (tegen betaling). Het voordeel van de modulariteit is in zo'n geval eerder beperkt.

Gericht op liefhebbers van zware bassen? ik heb deze net aangeschaft en ik hoor zeer weinig bass tijdens het afspelen van muziek. Wat een ontzettende miskoop is dit. Dit product is zeker zijn prijs niet waard. Ik heb al betere gehad die een paar honderden euro's goedkoper waren.
