The Zinken Tomato headphones by Swedish Urbanears were developed with professional DJs in mind, but a reasonable price tag also makes them appealing to unpaid amateur DJs. They have practical functions on board, and ensure optimal mobility on stage. One such handy feature is the Zoundplug on the earpiece - it's an additional jack input that allows you to connect a second pair, so that you can share your music with a friend that's sitting beside you. The dual-duty TurnCable has a 3.5mm plug on one end and a 6.3mm stereo jack plug on the other.

Urbanears Zinken Tomato: a fresh pair of headphones on stage

Special materials were used for this model, so that it stays clean and fresh if you are sweating it out on stage. Perfect wearing comfort is ensured thanks to an adjustable headband, rotatable ear pieces and a detachable, partially coiled cable. The latter provides added mobility without causing interference.

Hij is top, dat is alles wt ik te zeggen heb. ik ben helemaal tevreden.
+hij is sterk
+hij klinkt erg goed (te vergelijken met de hd205 van senheiser maar dan een stuk mooier)
+hij ziet er tof uit
+die kabel is heel erg chill

van de 10 punten krijgt hij er 11
zeker de beste koptelefoon onder de 100 euro!

Vorige week gekocht en ben er helemaal weg van!
Leuke kleur, leuk design, goed comfort en bovenal; prima geluid!!

Wat ze zeker ook over nagedacht hebben, is de bijgeleverde kabel. Lang genoeg om tenminste ook op zekere afstand van je muziek te kunnen genieten, de twist in de kabel op precies de goede plek, maar voornamelijk dat de headset de mogelijkheid biedt om de kabel om te draaien van plug naar jack, maakt dat deze headset echt overal toepasbaar is (ook op mobiele telefoon door op de kabel geplaatste microfoon).

Enige (kleine) minpunt van deze headset, is dat als je de 3,5mm jack hebt aangesloten op een audioapparaat, deze nog wel eens wilt kraken als je er aan gaat zitten. Dat heb ik met andere headsets nog niet meegemaakt.
