The HPA series by dB Technologies delivers excellent performance and quality for a reasonable price. It was developed by the designers at the Swedish Lab.gruppen, a leading brand in the amplification world. The series consists of four class HD amplifiers that were developed for professional use in mobile amplification racks or fixed installations. All of the amplifiers in the series feature XLR inputs for the signal and lockable speaker connections for the speakers. You can rest assured that the amplifiers are kept safe with an expansive safety circuit, making the HPA series reliable and safe.
The HPA 2800 is the second most powerful amplifier from the HPA series by dB Technologies. With 2x 680 watts of power, this amp is suited for subwoofers or heavier satellite speakers. If the amplifier is bridged, it delivers 2,100 watts at 8 ohm, whereby the HPA 2800 can supply enough power to be used as a heavy sub cabinet. The built-in limiter ensures that neither the amplifier nor the speaker will be damaged.
