The Phonitor X, after the Phonitor and the Phonitor 2, is SPL's latest addition to the series and offers the same high-quality monitor sound as its predecessors. A new addition to the Phonitor X is a stereo preamplifier which, in total, can connect to five stereo input sources. Apart from adjusting the crossfeed, speaker angle and centre point, with this new SPL Pro-Fi amplifier, you can use any IR remote control to adjust the volume.
Phonitor X: balanced or unbalanced sound reproduction
This SPL preamplifier offers connections for either unbalanced or balanced headphones. Together with the optimized Phonitor Matrix, the advanced built-in dual power preamp ensures a tight bass response and a balanced audio reproduction. It’s possible to connect a standard XLR and a 4-pin XLR to the same input, and you can equip the Phonitor X with a DA converter as well, which will add an optical digital stereo, coax and USB to the available inputs.
Pro-Fi Series
