General

Every sound engineer has their own preferences when it comes to their studio equipment. If you're looking for a basic headphone amplifier, but still want excellent hi-fi sound, the SPL Phonitor E Silver might strike your fancy. The speaker is set at a fixed angle of 30 degrees, and this high-quality headphone amp only features two crossfeed and matrix modes. The Phonitor E; a straightforward headphone amplifier that offers the same audio quality and all basic features of the Phonitor X.

Phonitor E: sound reproduction and optional conversion

This SPL preamplifier offers connections for both unbalanced and balanced headphones. The advanced built-in dual power preamp tightens the bass response and, together with the optimised Phonitor Matrix, ensures balanced audio reproduction. Use the standard XLR or 4-pin XLR, or equip the Phonitor X with a DA converter. This will add an optical digital stereo, coax and USB to the available inputs.
