This 4-way, active monitor is suitable for medium to large studios that use separate amplifiers per driver, resulting in nothing short of optimal performance. The large woofers deliver booming low tones, the midrange woofer kicks any signals just above and the AMT RS3 tweeter is responsible for the high frequencies. What you end up with is a remarkable bass reproduction and clean linear response.
Combined Performance: Low, Mid and High
The midrange woofer and AMT tweeter are located underneath the stylish plate in the middle of this SC407 monitor. You can remove the plate and use it horizontally or vertically. Its 6.5-inch SilverCone woofers ensure a tight bass frequency response and the AMT RS3 tweeter offers space for a larger magnetic system. The result is simply flawless output, even at high volume levels.
Accurate Monitoring
Under the bonnet of every EVE audio speaker, you'll find a high-resolution DSP system. This processor enables you to fine-tune various parameters depending on the position of the monitor and the acoustics of the room. Eve Audio have given the SC407 a bass port that ensures high efficiency and less distortion.
