General
Since many analogue booster; overdrive; distortion; or modulation pedals often use up less than 20mA, digital pedals tend to eat over 100mA, and some effects demand 12V or even 18V instead of the standard 9V, powering even a small bank of stompboxes can prove a big headache. Cioks ease the pain and offer an all-in-one solution in the tight form of the Schizophrenic LINK multi-pedal power supply. This smart little box is able to power 9V, 12V, and even 18V pedals, and provides 100mA outputs for analogue pedals, and 200mA outputs for hungrier digital pedals.
Outputs & Accessories
The Cioks Schizophrenic LINK sets up your board with six isolated outputs. Outputs 1 and 2 each deliver independent 9V or 18V DC power at 100mA; outputs 3 and 4 deliver 9V at 200mA (for more power-hungry digital pedals); and outputs 5 and 6 deliver 9V or 12V of power at 200mA. The needs of every possible pedal is met by this power block, and Cioks have thrown in a bundle of nine connecting cables and a mounting kit so you're assured of a neat set-up.
Modular Set-Up
Neatly loaded into a compact metal housing, the Cioks Schizophrenic is compatible with DC (direct current) pedals, and if you want to expand your stompbox collection, can simply be expanded. The modular Ciok mains Link system means you can simply couple up an extra Schizophrenic or one of the other three Cioks Link power supply units available, without having to fork out the cash for a larger unit, so the system can simply grow with your pedalboard.
