General

Turntables still use analogue technology, which means you'll have to carefully adjust their mechanical parts. With a little help from Shure's SFG-2, the tracking force of your turntable's stylus can be adjusted at the back of the tonearm. Place this stylus tracking force gauge on the platter, follow the instructions, and it accurately measures the tracking force for you. That way, you're not only able to prevent stylus wear and mistracking, you'll improve the sound of your turntable as well. The SFG-2 stylus tracking force gauge is compatible with Shure and other brands alike, and is an indispensable part of any authentic DJ setup.

Je krijgt wat je koopt; maar je moet je wel realiseren dat het lastig is om deze naalddrukmeter echt nauwkeurig in te stellen. het is een heel gepriegel om het gewichtje op exact het juiste gewicht te schuiven.
De gebruiksvriendelijkheid is dus matig, maar als je het eenmaal hebt ingesteld, klopt het wel (heb ik nagemeten met een digitaal weegschaaltje).

Escribió lo siguiente sobre Shure SFG-2 indicador de la presión de la aguja

Het toestel is zeer nauwkeurig en gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Veel beter dan die goedkopere plastieken toestelletjes van ortofon bijvoorbeeld (heb ik ook, maar die zijn veel onnauwkeuriger). Je betaalt meer, maar het is gevoon veel beter... Laat de klank van je platenspeler niet verpesten doordat-ie fout afgeregeld is.
Toestel was netjes verpakt (in de originele verpakking en envelop met bubbelfolie) en snel geleverd. Prima zo.
