Multi-Dimensional
With the tag-line, 'A New Dimension' heading up the launch, Pioneer evidently seek to add an extra dimension to their CDJ-Series with the release of the CDJ-3000, and since this slick hulk of a player already boasts fresh functions, masses of performance enhancing upgrades, a butter-smooth workflow, and insane potential, we're pretty certain that they've managed to pull it off.
The look has been tweaked as well. So, the hot cues have multiplied from a bank of 4 to a fat bank of 8, while the jogwheel has been given its own display - similar to the CDJ-1000. Other buttons have even been removed entirely and replaced with a larger, 9" touchscreen that offers new functions including touch preview, touch cue, key sync, and key shift. The CDJ-3000 is immediately available from Bax Music, which is great news! But, we've also got a form-fitted, made-to-measure flight case all ready to go in the capable shape of the Innox FC-PIO-CDJ-3000. Since the CDJ-3000 is a little larger than previous generations, you're going to need a slightly bigger case, so Innox have kindly built one to accommodate and protect the CDJ-3000 and nothing but the CDJ-3000!
