The DDJ-FLX4 is an affordable bit of kit which features largely the same intuitive lay-out as the DDJ-400 but also piles on a handful of new options, including Smart Mixing functions for smooth transitions as well as multi-platform compatibility and support for various software packs. What's more, after Rekordbox drops a big update that’s slated for release in early 2023, you'll even be able to connect your iOS or Android device to the controller via Bluetooth. Besides Rekordbox, the FLX4 can be used in combination with Serato DJ Lite (and Pro provided that you've got a licence), and any live-streamers will be happy to know that you can plug a microphone in before using the fitted USB audio output for live-streams.
